Fix the bad posture

It is no secret that I don’t have a straight body posture. A little bit of hunchback. Blame it to… I don’t know. But I always try to walk with a straight posture whenever I notice that. I realized that it isn’t the best solution to fix my bad posture.

Anyway, I read from Workout IQ that the key to fix bad posture is movement – proper movement that engages and challenges your muscles and joints from variety of angles. And also to reduce the amount of time spending by sitting in front of computer.

ugh. I’ll see what I can do.
